Making Cycling History

From 24 August to 5 September 2027, Haute-Savoie Mont-Blanc will host the 2027 UCI Cycling World Championships – the largest cycling event ever staged.

Over 13 days, more than 15,000 athletes from around the world will compete for 288 UCI World titles across 20 UCI World Championships held at 15 competition venues, showcasing a remarkable range of disciplines including Road, Para-cycling, Mountain Bike, BMX, Track, Gravel, Indoor Cycling and many more.

Following Glasgow in 2023, Haute-Savoie Mont-Blanc will host the second edition of the UCI Cycling World Championships in an even more ambitious format. From the shores of Lake Annecy to the peaks of Mont Blanc, the world's greatest cyclists will compete across an exceptional landscape, offering a unique spectacle for both dedicated fans and the wider public.

Designed as a truly inclusive event, the 2027 UCI Cycling World Championships will place inclusion, sharing and accessibility at the heart of the project. Reflecting this ambition, the ticketing programme has been designed to enable as many people as possible to experience the Championships, with nearly 90% of competitions freely accessible to spectators.

Beyond the sporting performances, the Championships will leave a lasting legacy for cycling participation while showcasing the outstanding landscapes, culture and heritage of Haute-Savoie through an event of international significance.
