Competition Format
During a one-minute run, athletes perform a series of aerial tricks that showcase creativity, technical skill and control. Each run is judged on its difficulty, execution, style and originality.
In Cluses, a legacy venue from the Paris 2024 Olympic Games
The Esserts venue in Cluses will host the BMX Freestyle Park and BMX Freestyle Flatland competitions during the 2027 UCI Cycling World Championships Haute-Savoie Mont-Blanc.
Originally built for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the urban park modules from Place de la Concorde will be relocated to Cluses, creating a lasting Olympic legacy for an event that will bring together the world's largest cycling gathering.
